Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Receives Android 4.4.2 KitKat UpdateIf you are a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 user and you reside in France, then you will be pleased to know that your phablet has been officially rolling out the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat update. Well, the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update has arrived to the Galaxy Note 2 users for those who reside in France  via Samsung Kies and since, there is no information about the OTA ( Over-the-Air) update, this means that the update will be rolling out soon to other regions as well.

As far as the update is concerned, the Android 4.4.2 update refers to the international model GT-N7100 and comes with all the taste of the latest Android OS including smoother interface, white status bar icons, full-screen album art, a camera shortcut on the lock screen, wireless printing and NFC tap-to-pay support. Other updated features includes options to set default messaging and launcher apps, transparent status bar, better stability and faster performance.

However, Sprint has confirmed that their galaxy Note 2 version will be receiving the Android 4.4.2 KitKat later this year, and which means that it will not be missing the other carriers such as Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile too.
