Every tech giants are arriving with some mobile devices at Mobile World Congress 2015 which means that Microsoft won’t be idle too in the event, and it seems that they have arrived with couple of Lumia devices at this year’s event in Barcelona. Well, Microsoft today announced two new smartphones, the Microsoft Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL at MWC 2015. However, both the smartphones will come powered by Windows Phone 8.1 OS, they will be upgradeable to latest Windows 10 OS, which will offer more personal computing and greater productivity to this two new smartphones.

Both Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL will come with 1GB of internal memory and a powerful quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.2GHz. The Microsoft Lumia 640 will feature a 5-inch HD display, while the Lumia 640 XL boost the screen size by a 5.7-inch HD display. On the camera side, both the Lumia devices will offer detail-rich photos even in low light conditions with the Lumia 640 featuring an 8MP rear-facing camera, while the Lumia 640 XL featuring 13MP ZEISS optics rear-facing camera. Both Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL will feature an LED flash and a front-facing camera for selfie lovers and video chats.

As far as battery is concerned, the Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL will come powered with 2,500mAh and 3,000mAh batteries respectively. Other features includes LTE connectivity, Dual-SIM support along with Smart Dual SIM feature which ensures that user never miss a call.

Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL also come with a one-year subscription to Office 365 Personal, which includes the latest Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote on the Lumia as well as on one PC or Mac and one tablet, plus 1TB of OneDrive storage, and 60 free minutes of Skype Unlimited Worldwide calling per month. The Lumia 640 XL will be available globally in this month with following color options: matte cyan, orange and black, matte and glossy white colors at a price of 139 euros for the 3G model and 159 euros for LTE model, while the Lumia 640 will arrive in next month with glossy cyan, orange and white, and matte black shades as color options at a price of 189 euros for 3G model and 219 euros for LTE model.
