The Dell Latitude 5285 2-in-1 comes with a sleek and power-packed design which not only provides the performance of a laptop, but also the flexibility of a tablet. Designed to target business professionals, the Dell Latitude 5285 2-in-1 device comes with optional multi-factor authentication, including fingerprint and smart card readers, contacted FIPS 201 Smart Card Reader, contactless smart card reader/NFC with Control Vault 2 FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certification. Dell has ensured that the organizational data is well secured in the device by inclusion of Data Security Solutions including Dell Data Protection and Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise encompassing encryption and advanced threat prevention to protect their data and prevent modern threats like ransomware.

As far as specs are concerned, the Latitude 5285 2-in-1 features a 12.3-inch Full HD Touch display, powered by the latest 7th gen Intel Core processor with Intel HD Graphic 620, 4GB/8GB/16GB of RAM  along with storage options ranging from a 256GB SATA SSD up to a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD, or a 512GB PCIe OPAL SED M.2280. It comes with a kickstand that extends up to 150 degrees for multiple viewing angles, including laptop, tablet or desktop mode and offer connectivity options including 2x2ac Wi-Fi, a USB 3.0 port, 2 USB Type-C ports, optional 4G/LTE and optional WiGig support. It weighs less than 2lbs (2 pounds) and comes with the durability of Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The Dell Latitude 5285 2-in-1 is priced at $899 and will be available by the end of this February 2017.
