HTC One To Get Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Update This Coming Week

Jason Mackenzie, the President of HTC America on this afternoon tweeted that the HTC One will be soon receiving the Android 4.3 update before the end of this September. Also, the ones  who owns the HTC One Developer Edition will also be receiving the update from this week onward. And for those who owns HTC Droid DNA will only be receiving the Sense 5.0 feature along with the Android 4.2.2 update which means no Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for HTC Droid DNA. GTA 5 Gains Top Spot On UK Charts

Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto 5 has already achieved the commercial success in sales by earning $1 billion (in just 3 days) beating all time records, and now another achievement is ready to rock the Rockstar games as according to the folks at Chart-Track, GTA 5 has managed to gain the top spot in UK’s Chart. As per Chart-Track’s gathered data, GTA 5 has sold more in its first week as compared to all the other GTA titles combined sales. Not only that, GTA 5 has also beat the record set by Call of Duty: Black Ops, by sales of almost 250,000 more units and has even managed to become the 24th biggest selling title of all time in the UK after less than a week for sale. At present, the most highly anticipated game is available only on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and not on next-gen consoles such as Xbox One and PlayStation 4 or PC. But it seems that the sales would be more higher, if the game was made available for the PC platform too. Just as Google unveiled that the next version of Android i.e. Android 4.4 will be KitKat (earlier this month), many of us are eagerly waiting to know how will the Android KitKat look like? So, here we are with a leaked screenshot showing  a redesign messaging and phone dialer app of Android KitKat. This images might be the first look at redesigned stock apps in Google’s upcoming mobile OS KitKat. It seems that Google had change the color scheme of Android as compared to IceCream Sandwich and Jelly Bean’s blue or grey hue. The image show new lighter color, grey icons on status bar which means there is a change in status bar too. Controls in the messaging app has shifted up to the top right hand corner, while the phone dialer appears much clean and flatter with a new light blue color scheme. However, any new functionality for KitKat has not yet heard, but the shots do show some new redesigns for the phone and messaging apps. Well, a leaked screenshot of Android 4.3 build XXUBMA8 running on Samsung Galaxy S4 has hit the web. In an unpacked event earlier this month, Samsung announced that Android 4.3 update for the Galaxy S4 and S3 will be soon arriving in next month. However, the exact release date for the official update has not yet been provided. As far as this update is concerned, the Android 4.3 is not the major update, but this update will surely bring many new and improved feature to the Galaxy S4 which includes a couple of new feature from the Galaxy Note 3, along with improvements in performance and stability, Always-on Wi-Fi scanning for local reporting, OpenGL 3.0 and more. This Galaxy S4 Android 4.3 update will bring support for th Galaxy Gear smartwatch to the smartphone. At present, only device compatible with Samsung’s new smartwatch is the Galaxy Note 3. This update for this BlackBerry tablet is packed with lot of tweaks and bug fixes which includes the update to Adobe Flash player and more. Though the news about the update was already in a rumor since past couple of weeks, but finally the device gets an official update. Well, we have already seen two Samsung devices arriving at FCC for the approval i.e the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Gear and now, we have the third device – the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) which pays a visit to the FCC. That means if the device wants to roll out in US then, it should first pay a visit to the FCC. From the specs that was covered at the FCC, the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a Wi-Fi only model with the model number as SM-P600 along with the presence of ANT+ sensor. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) successor to the previous Galaxy Note 10.1 will come with a superior WQXGA (2560 x 1600) Super Clear LCD resolution, 3GB of RAM, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing camera, the taste of sweet Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with a new S_Pen feature like Air Command, the connectivity includes the Wi-Fi 802.11ac NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and 8220 mAh battery. It seems that one of the anticipated phone of the year, the LG Nexus 5 is on the news again. LG Nexus 5 which leaked out on Android 4.4 KitKat video some days back has appeared again, and this appearance might be the new Nexus smartphone. Thanks to the LG Nexus 5 render, we are able to spot the new and possible look of the Nexus 5 before some weeks from its rumored launch date.  Also, a similar alleged device that has been arrived at the FCC is also be ought to be the upcoming Nexus 5. However, the FCC filling did reveal some interesting bits about the Nexus 5, but it din’t manage to show off the whole design of the new Nexus smartphone.
