Microsoft India Launches Guardian App For Women SafetyMicrosoft India has recently released a new safety app called as Guardian for Windows Phone users to provide safety to people in India especially women in times of emergency. Guardian acts like the watch and allows selected parties track your movement and alert them in times of danger. Guardian uses Microsoft Windows Azure cloud solution and the Bing Maps API for tracking movements and other services.  The app is now available for download for free in Windows Phone Store and though the app has been released exclusive for India, others too can download the app and use it.
