Just as Google unveiled that the next version of Android i.e. Android 4.4 will be KitKat (earlier this month), many of us are eagerly waiting to know how will the Android KitKat look like? So, here we are with a leaked screenshot showing a redesign messaging and phone dialer app of Android KitKat. This images might be the first look at redesigned stock apps in Google’s upcoming mobile OS KitKat. It seems that Google had change the color scheme of Android as compared to IceCream Sandwich and Jelly Bean’s blue or grey hue. The image show new lighter color, grey icons on status bar which means there is a change in status bar too. Controls in the messaging app has shifted up to the top right hand corner, while the phone dialer appears much clean and flatter with a new light blue color scheme. However, any new functionality for KitKat has not yet heard, but the shots do show some new redesigns for the phone and messaging apps. ZTE Open, the Firefox Mobile OS device which was announced in this year’s Mobile World Congress is now exclusively available for sale on eBay for $80. During the announcement, Mozilla said that they would be partnering with many handset makers so that the handset is powered by their Firefox Mobile OS. However, ZTE Open is not the first phone to feature Firefox Mobile OS, the Geeksphone Keon and Peak which was also announced this year sold out in a minute when they went for sale. As far as specs of ZTE Open is concerned, the device sports a 3.5-inch 320 x 480 pixel display,a 3 MP rear-facing camera, a 1 GHz Qualcomm processor, 256MB RAM and 512MB of internal storage, microSD support for up to 32GB and a 1200mAh battery.
