Samsung Galaxy S5 To Get First Ever 4GB RAM, Says ReportYesterday, we showed off the Samsung’s next flagship device, the Galaxy S5 concept design with curved display and specs, where we did mention that the handset will feature a 4GB of RAM. Well, we don’t know about the other specs possibility, but one of the specs might turn out to be true i.e the Samsung’s next big thing, the Galaxy S5 could feature the first ever 4GB of RAM. According to reports by ZDNET Korea, Samsung will begin production of  the new LPDDR4 chip sometimes in 2014 which means that if the production was completed in time, then there’s high possibility that the fifth-generation Galaxy, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will debut with the 4GB of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S5 Concept Design Appears, Includes SpecsSamsung’s next flagship has been in rumors since past couple of days, sometimes its about specifications and sometimes about its design.  Well, rumors are obvious as we get closer to the launch of Samsung’s next big thing, the  Galaxy S5. If design is concerned, some rumors suggested that Samsung might adopt curved display for the Galaxy S5, while some suggested that it is highly unlikely to adopt it. However, thanks to folks at the GalaxyS5info, we have managed to get our look at this new Samsung Galaxy S5 concept design with curved display, and looks itself claim that if this design to be believed true, then this must be the most impressive Galaxy handset ever. Well, we are talking about the Samsung Galaxy S5, the next big thing by Samsung which is expected to be unveiled in next year i.e. 2014. If you are hoping that the Galaxy S5 will adopt the curved display similar to the display of the Galaxy Round (which had curvature from side to side), then you might be disappointed as the latest rumors by sources claims that Samsung is highly unlike to adopt Youm technology for their next flagship due to insufficient production capacity. This rumor might proved to be right  as curved display at the moment do not feature high resolution. Samsung has already started rolling out Android 4.3 update for the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S3, but it seems that Android 4.3 update for the Galaxy Note 2 is also lined up to arrive soon. According to recent reports, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which was expected to receive the Android 4.3 update sometimes in December, has shown signs to roll out the update soon. One of the user in Jammu, India got his Samsung Galaxy Note 2 updated to Android 4.3 after visiting to the Samsung service center. Well, a leaked screenshot of Android 4.3 build XXUBMA8 running on Samsung Galaxy S4 has hit the web. In an unpacked event earlier this month, Samsung announced that Android 4.3 update for the Galaxy S4 and S3 will be soon arriving in next month. However, the exact release date for the official update has not yet been provided. As far as this update is concerned, the Android 4.3 is not the major update, but this update will surely bring many new and improved feature to the Galaxy S4 which includes a couple of new feature from the Galaxy Note 3, along with improvements in performance and stability, Always-on Wi-Fi scanning for local reporting, OpenGL 3.0 and more. This Galaxy S4 Android 4.3 update will bring support for th Galaxy Gear smartwatch to the smartphone. At present, only device compatible with Samsung’s new smartwatch is the Galaxy Note 3. It looks like another version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is lining up for the release in the form of 2014 Edition. Well, we have already seen two Samsung devices arriving at FCC for the approval i.e the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Gear and now, we have the third device – the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) which pays a visit to the FCC. That means if the device wants to roll out in US then, it should first pay a visit to the FCC. From the specs that was covered at the FCC, the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a Wi-Fi only model with the model number as SM-P600 along with the presence of ANT+ sensor. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) successor to the previous Galaxy Note 10.1 will come with a superior WQXGA (2560 x 1600) Super Clear LCD resolution, 3GB of RAM, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing camera, the taste of sweet Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with a new S_Pen feature like Air Command, the connectivity includes the Wi-Fi 802.11ac NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and 8220 mAh battery.
