PKPKT is anew Bluetooth game for iPhones that transforms users into virtual pickpockets and thus, enables gamer to look into inventories and swipe money from other gamers.

PKPKT – A Bluetooth Game

The stealing of money and items from nearby players is possible only if he/she must have the game and who might have kept their Bluetooth “ON”. The game uses the iPhone’s Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) which allows PKPKT users to connect together to steal from anyone closer to them. Once the stealing has been successfully completed, the gamers  will be able to chat with each other through same BLE connection.

Well, no need to be worried about the privacy as the identities of gamers are kept safe/hidden, so no one won’t be able to find which phone has stole from you. According to Jeremy Schoenherr, the game’s developer,”All that data lives nowhere except the two devices involved, The app exchanges no personal information (there’s no link to Facebook, Twitter, etc.) so users can feel safe playing the game.” Schoenherr also said that the app will preserve the battery life. So, even if the game is running in background, the BLE won’t drain the energy in a noticeable way. Schoenherr is also looking to expand the game to provide more complex gameplay.

The PKPKT is available for free in the iTunes App Store. So, if you are thinking that your iPhone Bluetooth is of no use, then this is something you should look for.
