New Samsung Galaxy Beam Spotted On Chinese Certification WebsiteIt seems that the South Korean tech giant, Samsung is working on a new Galaxy device, which claims to be the successor of the Samsung Galaxy Beam. Well, the new Samsung Galaxy Beam was spotted at the Chinese certification website, called Tenna. This successor of the Samsung Galaxy Beam comes with a model number SM-G3858 and appears to be a mid-range device.

Since, the handset is certified by Tenna, we got our eyes on information about the new Samsung Galaxy beam. The alleged successor of the Galaxy Beam features a 4.66-inch LCD display with WVGA resolution, powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM.  However, there’s no information related to projector mentioned on Tenna, but the new Galaxy Beam appears to have a projector button on the side, just above the Power button.

Other specs includes a 5MP rear-facing camera with 1080p full HD recording, 3G connectivity (including TD-SCDMA) and a microSD card slot. The new Galaxy Beam measures 134.5 x 70 x 11.7mm and weighs 165.5g. The new Galaxy Beam is packed with the taste of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean pre-installed out of the box.

The handset has a China Mobile logo on its back, which indicate that it will be making its way to China, but there are no indication of any international version. Stay tuned for more updates.
