Kinect Sensor For Windows Pre-Orders Starts On This July 15thThough Microsoft’s Kinect sensor was launched with Xbox gaming consoles, we all know that the potential of this motion sensing device is not limited to only gaming. So, those who are aware of the facts and use of these Kinect sensors, then there’s a good news for them as Microsoft is planning to allow users get hands on the second generation Kinect for Windows.

Well, Microsoft website has listed the Kinect for Windows V2 whose pre-order will be starting from this 15th of July. The Kinect for Windows V2 will be available at a price of $199/£159 which seems to be pretty expensive as a peripheral. The Kinect for Windows V2 will offer better depth sensing, 1080p resolution, a wider field of view and various other improvements.

Microsoft has also invited developers to publish more Windows Kinect apps  to the Windows Store, so that they can make more use of Kinect other than gaming. So, why wait, pre-order now. Stay tuned for more updates.
