Dell announced a new versatile 2-in-1 detachable laptop, the Dell Latitude 7285 2-in-1 at CES 2017 in Las Vegas. Unlike other 2-in-1 laptops, the Latitude 7285 2-in-1 features world’s first wireless charging keyboard offering an ultimate “no wires” experience to users. This means users should not worry about the power cords and cables or disengaging any wires or a physical dock while moving their laptops in a meeting. It also comes with WiGig docking capabilities that lets you content appear simultaneously on your external display.

As far as specs are concerned, the Dell Latitude 7285 2-in-1 comes with a world’s smallest 12.3-inch 3K Sharp IGZO detachable display with resolution of 2880×1920 pixels, powered by Intel’s 7th Gen i5 processor, 8GB/16GB of RAM and 128/256/512GB SSD, 256 GB SED options which can be expandable using a microSD slot. Other ports and connectivity features includes 2x USB Type C Thunderbolt 3, uSD, uSIM, Audio Jack, Wi-Fi 2×2 802.11ac, BT 4.2, Miracast and WiGig support. The Dell Latitude 7285 uses multi-factor authentication that features the Dell Command Integration Suite and facial recognition with Windows Hello using an infrared camera. Not just that, vPro and SED encrypted drives also ensures that user’s data is secure.

However, pricing are yet not revealed, it will be announced at Dell EMC World in May and will be available from the end of May.
