Lenovo Smart Storage Is A Secure Wireless Digital Storage Solution [CES 2017]

Lenovo has announced a digital storage solution called the Lenovo Smart Storage at CES 2017 in Las Vegas. This digital storage solution comes with a massive 6TB storage capacity, dual-band wireless access and multi-device auto-sync capabilities, thereby allowing users to share data wirelessly from anywhere. Lenovo Smart Storage has been designed for security and to provide peer-to-peer (P2P) access to stored media like photos, music and documents. It allow users to gain quick control of their data and files. It also has an integrated facial recognition software that can organize users entire photo library based on the faces with high accuracy. 

As far as specs are concerned, the Lenovo Smart Storage comes powered by an Intel Celeron N3060 1.6GHz dual-core processor alongside 2GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM. If not 6TB, the device can also offer 2TB of storage  — it takes a 3.5” SATA hard drive. The device has a One Key Upload button that enables fast USB data transfers while Instant Remote Access allow users to easily access and share their files across devices. The Lenovo Smart Storage also features two USB 3.0 ports to transfer data with wired connection and Auto-Sync capability to copy the data to the drive automatically. This device is priced at $139.99 USD and will be available from the May this year.
