Nokia Lumia 630 And Lumia 635 Officially Announced At Microsoft BUILD 2014
The three Lumia handsets which have been in rumors since past couple of months, finally turned official today. Well, we are talking about the Lumia 630, the Lumia 635 and the Lumia 930 which has been officially announced today at Microsoft BUILD 2014. These three Lumia handsets are designed to target different markets, where the Nokia Lumia 930 is designed to target the high-end market whereas the Nokia Lumia 635 and 630 are for targeting the mid-range handsets.
So, it seems that Nokia Lumia 930 will be accompanying a hefty price tag, while the Lumia 630 and Lumia 635 will be focussing on emerging markets to target as many as customers. Both Nokia Lumia 630 and Lumia 635 comes powered with 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with 512MB of RAM and 8GB built-in storage which is expandable up to 128GB through a microSD card slot. Both the handsets comes with a 5MP rear-facing auto focus camera, a 4.5-inch FWVGA display and a 1,830mAh battery.
The only specs that differs the two devices is that one will be a single SIM model, while the other will be a dual-SIM model and will also offer LTE. Nokia Lumia 630 will be available from the month of May in regions including the Asia, Russia, china and Europe, while the Lumia 635 will be available in the US sometimes in July. Nokia Lumia 630 will come with a price tag of $159 and the Lumia 635 will be priced at $169. And not to forget that these handsets will be arriving with the latest Windows Phone 8.1 OS.
