Last week, Google took the cover off their latest Nexus smartphone and officially unveiled their latest flagship, the Nexus 6. However, some leaks suggested that the Nexus 6 will be built by LG, but it finally arrived with Motorola. This new Nexus device has not just got bigger in size but also has arrived with the taste of latest Android 5.0 Lollipop. The Motorola Nexus 6 comes with impressive performance in terms of sound, camera quality,battery life and a whole lots of new features.

The new Motorola Nexus 6 comes with 6-inch Quad HD AMOLED display with resolution of 2560×1440 pixels (493ppi), which seems to be quiet enough to compete the likes of the LG G3 and Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The Nexus 6 display comes built with Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3 which makes it more durable, tough and scratch resistant.
Performance:
The Nexus 6 is not just bigger in terms of display but also bigger in terms of performance. The Nexus 6 comes powered with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor clocked at 2.7 GHz that provides lightning fast multi-tasking along with the Adreno 420GPU for better graphics, a 3GB of RAM and with an option of 32GB/64GB internal storage . However, there is no external memory microSD slot for Nexus 6.
Camera:
The Nexus 6 has boosted its camera performance on comparison to its predecessor Nexus 5. The Motorola Nexus 6 has a 13MP rear-facing camera with IMX 214 Image Sensor and f/2.0 aperture. The Nexus 6 has a Ring flash and dual LEDs and comes with Optical Image Stabilization and HDR+ for photos and videos. The Nexus 6 is capable of capturing 4K UHD video at 30fps with 4x optical zoom. On the front side, the Nexus 6 features a 2MP camera for selfies and video chats on Skype, Hangouts and more.
Battery:
The Motorola Nexus 6 comes with 3.220mAh battery and thanks to the Motorola Turbo charger, the phone gets up to 6 hours additional hours of battery life with just 15 minutes of charging, which means Nexus offers more battery life with less charging.The Nexus 6 gives a 24 hours of battery life on full charge. The Nexus 6 also has Qi Wireless charging support.
Operating System:
The Motorola Nexus 6 comes with the sweet taste of the latest Android mobile OS, the Android 5.0 Lollipop which offers new features including more security, new UI and more. The latest Android surely boast the performance of the Nexus 6.
Connectivity and Other Features:
The Nexus 6 weighs 184 grams and has a micro SIM slot. As far as connectivity features are concerned, the Nexus comes with 802.11 ac (MIMO) WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, NFC, A-GPS and some of the other network support. The phone also features dual front facing speakers. The Nexus 6 will be arriving with two color options, including Midnight blue and Cloud White.
Pricing and Availability:
The Motorola Nexus 6 pre-order will start from October 29th and will start shipping in November. The Nexus 6 will be sold in US via carriers like AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. The 32GB Nexus 6 will cost $649 (approx. Rs.40,000) and the 64GB Nexus 6 will cost $699 (approx. Rs.43,000). However, T-Mobile has said that they will offering Nexus 6 at zero down payment on a two-year contract.
