LG ThinQ Speaker With Google Assistant Offers Smart AI Audio Experience
Ahead of CES 2018, LG has already unveiled their new speakers lineups which includes the new SK10Y Soundbar and the new Portable PK series Bluetooth speakers. But it seems LG has another audio product under the sleeves which will also be showcased at this CES 2018 and that is the new LG ThinQ speakers. This new LG ThinQ speaker is their first premium smart AI audio product which not only just offer a high-quality sound experience but also provides a smart AI experience, thanks to the Google Assistant.
LG seems to compete the likes of Amazon Echo Dot, Apple Homepod and Samsung Bixby by offering smart assistance with personalized voice-activated interface for LG’s smart home appliances. For an instance, if you wish to turn on an LG appliance such as an Air Purifier with the spoken command, then you need to simply say “OK Google, talk to LG, turn on the air purifier.”
Unlike the other new speakers (SK10Y and PK series), the LG ThinQ comes with the Meridian Audio technology to offer immersive sound experience. LG ThinQ Speaker’s High Resolution Audio is compatible with high quality lossless files which enables itself to faithfully recreate sounds that were originally recorded in the studio.
