HTC Desire 8/ HTC A5 Specs Confirmed

It was a day back when an alleged HTC Desire 8 was revealed on web and later, its design and existence was confirmed by HTC on a teaser for MWC 2014 which will taking place on 24th of February. However, there were lots of rumors about the HTC Desire 8/ HTC A5 specs in past, but it seems that specs for the handset has been confirmed by ever reliable @evleaks in their recent tweet.

As we all know that the HTC Desire 8 is not a high-end device, but instead it’s device with mid-range specs and features. Thanks to @evleaks, we get our eyes on the specs of the HTC Desire 8/ HTC A5 which features a 5.5-inch 720p HD Super LCD display, a 1.6GHz Qualcomm MSM8928 quad-core processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB built-in storage which can be expandable using a microSD card, a 13MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, HTC’s Sense 6.0 UI, BoomSound (similar to speakers like HTC One). The HTC Desire 8 and HTC A5 will be available in black, white, red, yellow, and purple.

However, the tweet by @evleaks refers to the HTC A5 specs, but it seems we have to wait till 24th of February for the device to turn official, till then we can consider it as a pinch of salt. Stay tuned for more updates.
