Sony Xperia C3 Selfie Smartphone Announced With 5 MP Wide-Angle Front Camera
Yesterday Sony hinted in a teaser that they will be announcing a new Selfie smartphone and which later claimed to be the ‘Xperia C3‘. Well, Sony today has officially announced the new ultimate Selfie smartphone called the Sony Xperia C3, which according to company’s claim is the best selfie smartphone in the world.
Specially optimized for taking selfies, the Sony Xperia C3 comes with a 5 megapixel wide-angle front-facing camera along with Superior Auto mode and a soft LED flash next to it. This unique soft flash with the front-facing camera allows users take flattering photos irrespective of whether its a day or night, just by simply double tapping the back covet or using a Smile Shutter that can be easily shared in just three clicks. To enhance the selfies, the Xperia C3 comes bundled with selfie camera apps such as AR effect for fun graphics and animations and Portrait Retouch to style close-ups in real -time and even post pictures in one of 10 DECO frames.
On the other side, the Xperia C3 features an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera which comes with an Exmor RS sensor for capturing image in low-light conditions. As far as specs are concerned, the Sony Xperia C3 features a 5.5-inch IPS display with a HD resolution of 1280x720pixels, powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card slot.
Other specifications includes Dual-SIM support,Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, a 2500mAh battery and the taste of Android 4.4 KitKat as the operating system. The Sony Xperia C3 will be available in three colors: white, black and mint green and will be retailing from August. The Sony Xperia C3 will make its first way in China and then other countries.
