Well, the Microsoft’s next-gen console will be soon releasing on this month of November, but its seems before that Microsoft is doing something exciting to increase the sales of the Xbox One. According to reports, Microsoft has recently started to hand free Xbox One units, games, music and a 12-month subscription to Xbox Live Gold with a view to select Xbox gamers. This strategy of handing freebies to select Xbox gamers seems to be amazing.
Xbox One GiveAway
However, the Microsoft giveaway varies and depends on gamers status i.e the Microsoft MVPs (Most Valuable Person). Reports claim that some Microsoft MVPs have been receiving a code that when redeemed entitles them to a free Xbox One, while some received an emails which indicates that they will receive a full roster of Killer Instinct characters.
Not only that, one of the Microsoft MVP posted on Microsoft’s official Xbox Twitter account that he would be receiving a free Xbox One along with free copies of Zoo Tycoon, Ryse: Son of Rome, Dead Rising 3, and Forza Motorsport 5 for Xbox One. Microsoft’s official Xbox Twitter account has confirmed this emails as legitimate and stated that the giveaway is based on certain factors such as “Gamescore, LIVE tenure & other factors in market where #XboxOne is available”. This was a response to one Twitter user who thought that Microsoft has not been rewarding this giveaway to those who are playing Xbox since 10 years.
Well, we don’t think that Microsoft will be partial towards them, especially they would be eager to reward their die-hard gamers. This seems to be a good strategy by the Tech Giant and hoping that this move will lead the Xbox One to kicking start. So, Are you the one who received the mail regarding the giveaway? If Yes, then please make sure to leave a comment below. Stay tuned for more updates.
