Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 Launched In India For Rs 22,999
Samsung, the South Korean tech giant has launched the successor of the Galaxy Grand, the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 in the Indian market at a price for Rs 22,999. Before the announcement, the price for the Galaxy Grand 2 was rumored out to be somewhere between Rs 22,9990 and Rs 24,990, but it seems that the price range turned out to be true i.e. the Galaxy Grand 2 is now available for Rs 22,999 at the Samsung online store, which looks quite affordable especially after the big success of the Galaxy Grand last year.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 comes with a 5.25-inch HD TFT display with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. Apart from it, the Galaxy Grand 2 is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and a 1.5GB of RAM and an 8GB of internal memory storage which is expandable up to 64GB using a microSD card. The Galaxy Grand 2 captures an impressive shot using an 8MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and a 1.9MP front-facing camera.
Other specs includes the connectivity features such as WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + Glonass, USB 2.0 support, dual-SIM support (2G/3G). The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 comes with a 2,600mAh battery, which claims to offer talk time of 17 hours battery life. The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 comes with a pre-installed apps such as Story Album, S Translator, S Travel, Sound & Shot, Samsung Hub, Samsung Link and Group Play.
The Galaxy Grand 2 has got the taste of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and will be available in three colors, white, black and pink in the market.
