Samsung's Unpacked 5 Teaser Hints At New UI for Galaxy S5This coming Mobile World Congress 2014, Samsung is expected to unveil their next big thing, the Samsung Galaxy S5 on the company’s Unpacked 5 event which is to be held on 24th of February. Well, Samsung has recently sent out an invite for the Unpacked 5 event and now a teaser image has been posted on the Samsung’s official Twitter account, accompanying an image which indicates the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be getting a new UI. Its just prediction for now that the device will be the Galaxy S5 as its among the highly-anticipated smartphones of 2014, and surely be the one many of you may be looking for.

The image indicates many things, such as the icons which includes Speed which hints the new Exynos processor packed in the device, Outdoor which hints as a tracking app, Curiosity, Fun, Social which hints at connecting to social networking sites, Style which hints as Gallery app, Privacy, Fitness and Lite icon. So, this image with redesigned icons are indication of the expected design that will sport in the Samsung Galaxy S5. However, it was earlier reported that Samsung has been working over its TouchWiz UI, but it seems they may be looking forward for it because adding new features to the Android OEMs own interface would cause lag while accessing it and also, may not be appreciated by the customers.

If you are looking for the Samsung Galaxy S5 specs then, here are expected features to sport on the Galaxy S5 such as  a 5.25-inch display with 2K resolution powered by an Exynos 6 octa-core or a quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, 16MP rear-facing camera, 3.2MP front-facing camera, 32/64 GB of storage and a microSD slot, a 3,200 mAh battery, and Android 4.4 KitKat with a new User Interface. It will arrive in both a metallic and plastic variant, most likely with a fingerprint scanner on-board just like the iPhone 5S/5C.
