Along with Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact, Sony has officially announced a new mid-ranged smartphone, the Sony Xperia E3 at IFA 2014. Sony Xperia E3 is a slim and light flagship design smartphone and is designed to target customers with an inexpensive price tag. As far as specs are concerned, the Sony Xperia E3 comes with a 4.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 850×480 pixels, powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card slot.
The Sony Xperia E3 features 5MP rear-facing camera with HD video recording (1080p) and a VGA camera on the front. Other features include connectivity features such as 4G LTE support, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, GPS/GLONASS and a 2,330mAh battery. Also, the Xperia E3 will also come with a 30-day Sony Music Unlimited Premium subscription (based on the locations where the device are sold). However, pricing of Xperia E3 are not revealed yet, but it is expected to arrive in affordable price. Stay tuned for more updates
