Huawei 6-Inch Ascend GX1 Officially Announced
Huawei today officially announced a new Android phablet, the Ascend GX1. The phablet was earlier spotted last week on TENAA and is now available for purchase in China for CNY 1,590 (approx. $250). As far as specs are concerned, the Huawei Ascend GX1 features a 6-inch IPS display with resolution of 1280×720 pixels with a screen to body ratio of 80.5%, powered by a a 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 1GB of RAM and an 8GB of internal storage which is expandable upto 32GB using a microSD card slot. On the camera side, the Ascend GX1 features an 8MP rear-facing camera and a 2MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats.
Other specs includes Bluetooth 4.0, Dual-SIM support, USB 2.0 support, WiFi support, GPS Support and more. The Huawei Ascend GX1 comes with a whooping 3,500mAh battery, measures 161 x 84.5 x 9.2 mm, weighs 173 grams and runs on the taste of Android 4.4.4 KitKat as its operating system. Well, looking at the price, the handset has lot of things to offer. For now, only white version of handset is available for sale. Stay tuned for more updates.
