Intel Compute Stick Transforms Your TV Into Windows 8.1 PC [CES 2015]Ever thought of transforming your TV into PC with just a small memory stick? Well, Intel has recently introduced to a new compute on a stick device at CES 2015, the Intel Compute Stick. Though the Intel Compute Stick appears like a USB flash drive, it packs more of a computing in just a small drive allowing users to run  pre-installed Windows 8.1 or Linux OS on your TV.  The Intel Computing Stick is basically a new generation compute-on-a-stick device that offers the impressive performance with their quad-core Atom processor, accompanying 32GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM.

Other specs includes a USB port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, a mini-USB connector for power and a microSD card slot for storage expansion. Intel has kept a choice of two operating system: either Windows or Linux. The best thing that Intel has done with this new computing stick is that they have made it quiet affordable for an end user.

The Intel Compute Stick with pre-installed Windows 8.1 OS will be priced with $149, while the pre-installed Linux will be priced at $89. However, the Linux-base stick will come with modest specs including 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage while the rest of the specs remains the same.
