If you ever go in a market to purchase a Hard drive, you will always go with Seagate at your first option, and why not, Seagate is the leader in the storage solution for many years and assures everyone with the quality of trust. Well, it seems that Seagate has today arrived to celebrate their thirty-five years of storage innovations with the launch of their latest Portable Hard Drive, the Seagate Seven at CES 2015 and which according to company’s claim is the world’s Slimmest Hard Drive Ever. The Seagate Seven is the slimmest Hard Drive with 7mm depth and is capable of carrying 500GB of data.
“Seagate has been providing the world with storage since the modern origins of computing history,” said Mark Whitby, senior vice president of Seagate Branded Group. “Seagate Seven is designed to speak to this history, while looking forward to the future of where storage technology is headed. We believe that Seagate Seven will resonate with those who want the latest trend in mechanical design while inspiring the user to create great experiences and memories.”
The Seagate Seven is made entirely of steel and includes a stylish, premium braided design USB 3.0 cable instead of the standard cable found with most external drives. The steel body ensures that it delivers a rigidity form factor so that despite being thin, it is entirely functional to boot.
