Google Calendar for Android Now Has “Find aTime” Feature

Well, Google has something to ease your work load as they have recently launched a new feature “Find a Time” for Google Calendar app for Android.This feature will allow user scheduling meetings anywhere on the go through their smartphones.

With just a single tap, “Find a Time” helps user find meeting times irrespective of their time zones and based on their availability and times in which they usually they have their meetings. What if there are no times that work? then, the Google Calendar app will look at which conflict meetings can most easily be rescheduled and if you are part of a large organization where calendar sharing is part of your norms, then “Find a Time” will help you come better suggestions. This app will allow you to watch out at your colleague’s schedule at a glance and if you wish you to schedule one’s meeting, then you can do it on behalf of them as well.
