Oppo R1 Officially Announced
The phone which has been teasing for a while on web with some leaked photos is now official. Well, we are talking about the Oppo R1 which has been recently announced by the Chinese manufacturer, Oppo. Powered by a MediaTek MT6582 chipset, Oppo R1 features a 5-inch IPS display with 720 x 1280 resolution, the quad-core chipset/processor clocked at 1.3GHz, 1GB of RAM, 16GB internal memory, 2,410mAh battery and has got the taste of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Like Oppo Find7 which packs an impressive hardware inside it, the Oppo R1 focuses on camera.
The Oppo R1 comes with an 8MP rear-facing camera with F/2.0 wide aperture which is capable of providing best-quality images even in low-light conditions. Thus, competing with the likes of the Nokia Lumia 1020 and the LG G2 which are capable of delivering excellent image in low-light conditions. Besides rear-facing camera excellence, the Oppo R1 features a 5MP front-facing camera which seems to be quiet excellent comparing the likes of the leading tech giant’s flagship phones. The image excellence by rear-facing camera is delivered in the absence of flash. The Oppo R1 is available at price of $410, but unfortunately there is no words about its global availability. Stay tuned for more updates.
