Well, BlackBerry has announced a new smartphone at Mobile World Congress 2014, the BlackBerry Z3. BlackBerry Z3 appears the same that were found in the leaks and rumors on the web, it seems that the leakers were at their best while providing the reports. Also, BlackBerry Z3 known by its codename, the BlackBerry Jakarta is the first of their smartphones that will be producing in their partnership with the Foxconn.
BlackBerry Z3 design appears similar to the one found in leaks, but unfortunately company has not revealed much of its specs yet. As far as specs are concerned, the BlackBerry Z3 features a 5-inch full touchscreen display and many other host of features such as BlackBerry Hub, BBM, BlackBerry Keyboard, Times Shift & Story Maker, the BlackBerry 10 Browser, FM Radio, and more.
According to BlackBerry’s CEO, John Chen, “The BlackBerry Z3 embodies all that BlackBerry 10 offers, with its exceptional productivity features and reliable communications, in a stylish, all-touch design made affordable for customers in Indonesia.” Pricing is expected to be revealed at a later date, although customers in Indonesia can look forward to the handset’s release in April.
So, if you are hoping that the device will be first making its way to the US carrier, then you might be mistaken as BlackBerry CEO has mentioned it way first to Indonesia and not about any other parts of the world. There are no words about its pricing yet, but the folks over Indonesia can look forward for its release in April. Stay tuned for more updates.
